A poet and author residing in Weatherford, TX.Writing has always been untangling, my way of turning the emotions I carry into something I can hold (and release).Beyond the page, I’m a mom who loves messy art projects with my toddler daughter and playing Pokémon Go or Super Smash Bros with my teenage son.I bake often when I need comfort, practice yoga when I need grounding, and run off to nature whenever I can. Sometimes it's to kayak across a lake, others to simply swing in a hammock and admire the stars above.My life is a blend of chaos and calm, and I try my best to meet it all with kindness.My hope is that my words will help others feel seen, understood, and a little more comfortable in their own stories.
